Win a Pair of Scootboots Terms and Condition

1. Promoter
The Promoter is Scootboot Pty Ltd located at Unit 4, 205 Kennedy Drive, Cambridge, Tasmania, Australia 7170 (the Promoter).

2. Who May Enter
“Win a Pair of Scootboots” is open to all people aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Entry is free, and no purchase is required.

  • Complete the entry form on the Promoter’s website and share a short story about your horse or your favourite riding moment.

  • Participants may submit only one entry.

  • The Competition begins on 27 Oct 2025 and ends on 22 Nov 2025 (the Competition Period).

  • All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Competition Period to be eligible.

4. Prize

  • The prize is a pair of Scootboots of the winner’s choice.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • The prize will be dispatched within 7 days of confirmation of size and choice of Scootboots.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen based on the originality and creativity of their entry.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided by the entrant.

  • The winner will be requested to submit sizing photos.

  • The winner will be announced and featured on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

  • If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.

6. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers.

By entering the Competition, participants agree that their personal information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Competition in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://scootboots.com/policies/privacy-policy

7. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues or any other difficulties that may result in the inability to enter the Competition or to receive notifications from the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in or acceptance of any prize. This includes any injury or damage to entrants’, or any other persons’, electronic devices related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to the Competition.

By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter and its partners, affiliates, agents and their employees, officers, directors and representatives from any claims, losses and damages arising out of their participation in the Competition or any Competition related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of the Prize awarded, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by participants related to entering or winning the Competition, except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, amend or suspend the Competition in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tasmania, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
