Equitana Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Promoter: The promoter of this Giveaway is Scootboot Pty Ltd (the Promoter), located at Unit 4/205 Kennedy Dr, Cambridge TAS 7170.

Eligibility: Entry is open to attendees of Equitana Melbourne 2024 who are 18 years of age or older.

Entry Requirements:

  • To enter the Giveaway, participants must provide their name and email address at the Scootboot stand at Equitana.
  • By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
  • By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period:

Entries open on 14th of November and close on 17th of November (the "Promotion Period").

Prize:

  • The prize consists of one pair of Scootboots.The total retail value of the prize is up to $403.
  • The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The draw will take place at Equitana on the 17th of November.

 

Notification and Publication of Winners

  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the prize remains unclaimed for 28 days, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions as the original draw.

Prize Conditions:

  • The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  • No cost will be incurred by the winner to claim their prize.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.

    Record Keeping

The Promoter will maintain accurate records of entries and the distribution of the prize for a minumum of three years after the finalisation of the Giveaway.

Use of Personal Information

Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and for future marketing purposes as stated in the entry requirements.

Entrants’ information will not be used beyond these purposes without written consent of the entrant.

The Promoter will not share entrants’ information with third parties except as necessary for the conduct of the Giveaway.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct considered to be unfair, inappropriate or illegal.

The Giveaway will be conducted in a manner that ensures all entries have a fair and equal chance of winning.

Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by any participant in connection with this Giveaway.
