Scootboot Expands Pony Club Australia Partnership with Education and State-Based Support

Scootboot is proud to continue and expand its partnership with Pony Club Australia, strengthening its commitment to supporting young riders through education, recognition, and horse-first care.

As part of this next phase, Scootboot has delivered a national educational webinar, Practical Hoof Care for Ponies and Young Riders, presented by Co-founder and hoof care specialist Dave Macdonald. The session focuses on the fundamentals of hoof care, the role of correct trimming, and how modern hoof protection can support comfort, soundness, and performance across a range of riding disciplines.

The webinar is now available online, giving Pony Club members, parents, and coaches ongoing access to practical, experience-based education that can be applied in everyday horse management. 

Alongside this national initiative, Scootboot is partnering with Pony Club state bodies across Australia, including Pony Club Victoria and Pony Club NSW, to support riders at a grassroots level. Through these partnerships, Scootboot is providing prize packs that recognise rider achievement, horsemanship, and a commitment to horse welfare within state Pony Club programs.

This dual approach of education and recognition reflects a shared vision between Scootboot and Pony Club Australia: to develop capable, knowledgeable riders who prioritise the wellbeing of their horses.
